Payment Policy

This policy applies to all payments made on the Snera website.

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and popular wallets through our secure checkout. Cash on delivery may be offered for some pincodes; the options available to you are shown at checkout.

2. Secure processing

All online payments are processed by certified third-party payment gateways. Snera does not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free on prepaid orders.

4. Order confirmation

Prepaid orders are confirmed once payment is successfully authorised. Cash on delivery orders, where offered, are confirmed after a quick verification by our team.

5. Failed or interrupted payments

If a payment fails, the order is not placed. If money was deducted for a failed payment, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5 to 7 working days. If it does not reflect, write to us with the transaction details and we will help.

6. Discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may carry their own conditions, such as first order only.

7. Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, we may verify order details, restrict certain payment methods or cancel orders that appear fraudulent. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
