Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on the Snera website.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship across India. We may add or restrict delivery locations from time to time.

2. Order processing

Every piece is checked, polished and gift-packed before it leaves our Jaipur studio. Orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed from the next working day. Processing time does not include transit time.

3. Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, orders usually reach you within 7 to 10 working days anywhere in India. These timelines are estimates and may vary by location.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Any charge that applies to another payment method is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you the courier name and tracking details. You can also write to us for an update at any time.

6. Courier partners

We work with trusted courier partners chosen for reliability and coverage of your pincode. The courier used may change from order to order.

7. Delays

Weather, courier disruptions, public holidays and other events outside our control can occasionally delay delivery. We will keep you informed and help you track your parcel, but such delays do not by themselves qualify for compensation or cancellation.

8. Address details

Please check your name, address, pincode and phone number carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incomplete or incorrect details. If you spot a mistake, contact us before your order is dispatched.

9. Failed delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because the courier could not reach you, the address was incorrect or the delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.

10. Damaged or tampered parcels

If the outer packaging looks tampered with, please do not accept the parcel. If you notice any damage after opening, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
