Welcome to Snera. These terms apply to your use of our website and to every order placed on it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

2. Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, please keep your login details confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by sharing or failing to protect your details.

3. Our products

  • Every Snera piece is made in 925 sterling silver and set with natural gemstones from Jaipur.
  • Natural stones vary in colour, pattern and inclusions, so your piece may differ slightly from the photographs. This is not a defect.
  • Colours may also look slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
  • Micron gold and rhodium finishes are plated over the silver. With normal wear, plating softens over time. Each plated piece includes one free re-plating; after that, re-plating is available at a nominal cost.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a piece is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Payments

Payments are governed by our Payment Policy.

6. Orders and cancellations

An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders as described in our Cancellation Policy.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Discounts and offers

Discount codes and offers are subject to their own conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Snera name and logo, designs, photographs, text and graphics, belongs to Snera. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by breaking any law, attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, placing fraudulent orders or interfering with other users.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snera is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page.
